Iâm still suffering from symptoms after 25 years of surgery and it took the doctors nearly 20 years to diagnose before 2004 when I had my surgery..So yes you are never cured from this illness it is with you for life
I’m so sorry you’re still suffering, Shagufta. I know what you mean, though. It didn’t take me as long as you – or the man in this book – to be diagnosed but I still have symptoms from before surgery and some issues from the surgery itself.
I hope you’re at least somewhat better than you were pre-op.

Iâm worse as I got gout two years ago in both knees and have lost excessive weight for no reason and doctors canât find anything ..i thought I had addisons disease as have all the symptoms but endocrinologist checked me and said my cortisol levels were normal and everything was fine..Suffering from anxiety and depression and also having stomach and bowel issues so itâs a mystery to what is causing everything..Doctors are still doing more tests as worried about my weight loss..So not a very happy person as my life has gone upside down đđĽ˛đĽ˛đĽ˛
